    Case Study with Vestas and TotalEnergies: Exceeding KPI Expectations with Robotic Leading Edge Repair

    We’re excited to share a new case study from the Dainville Wind Park in France, where Aerones successfully completed leading edge repairs on 12 Vestas V110 turbines for TotalEnergies using our robotic Leading Edge Repair (LER) robot.

    The main objective:
    Complete leading edge repairs with maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and consistent quality standards. The KPI target of 1 blade repaired per day.

    The results:
    ✅ 1.31 blades repaired per day (exceeding KPI targets)
    ✅ 4.40 hours spent per blade on average
    ✅ Reduced downtime and improved technician safety
