His career spans key roles at leading organizations such as Enercon, Nordex, and GE, and he has successfully led field and service operations across North America, Eastern Europe, and the Nordics.

Robert is known for building and empowering high-performing global teams, combining technical expertise with a collaborative, people-first approach. His strong leadership and hands-on mindset make him a natural fit for Aerones as we continue to transform the way wind turbines are maintained.

In his new role, Robert will lead Aerones’ global field operations, supporting the company’s growth into new markets and enhancing the delivery of our AI-driven and robotic solutions.
