The New Aerones Client Portal Is Live
The new Aerones client portal is live at portal.aerones.com. It was rebuilt from the ground up for wind operators. The address and the login stay the same, and every inspection, finding and blade is already in.
Our robots go up the tower. The results come down to your desk. The new portal is where that handover happens, and it now covers the whole route from a finding to a finished repair.
Shaped around the way you work
Home has two views. Operations shows every active project and service on one board. Engineering puts severity 5 findings one click away. Findings, turbines and blades carry more filters and columns. Set them once, save the view, and your team starts there every day.
Fast to review, easy to follow
Reviewers open an anomaly, edit it, comment and move to the next one without leaving the list. Keyboard shortcuts cover navigation, editing and actions. Every change is logged with who made it and when.
Clear over time
Year-over-Year lines up one anomaly with its earlier records, so you can see how a defect has developed between inspections. Compare Services shows any point on an asset across every service, internal crawler and external drone, side by side, video included.
From a finding to a finished job
Select findings and plan the field work in bulk: one service per finding, with vendor, dates and cost. Planning shows every project and service on one timeline against plan, down to each work order. Tasks keep office and field work for the team in one place, each linked to its turbine, finding or service.
The blade, in 3D
The Global 3D view places every finding where it sits on the blade. Look at one blade, one turbine, one inspection service, or every blade of a type across your fleet, filtered by finding type and date.
Always improving
The portal is updated continuously. What’s New in the top bar lists every update, and a short email digest covers what changed since the last one. Missing something from the previous portal, or found an issue? Write to [email protected]. Your reports set our priorities.
